Finding Connection

Join us for our first of many day-long wellness retreats at Double Up Farm near Charlotte: Finding Connection. Take a cleansing day for finding connection away from your every-day world to safely reconnect with yourself, new friends, and nature. Your morning will begin with yoga—followed by a farm-to-table meal. After lunch, you’ll discover herbal wildcrafting, foraging and cultivation and delve into healing herbal preparations and learning the ancient practice of smudging. The afternoon is reserved for individual healing sessions: Reiki or Akashic Record readings. We’ll conclude together with a guided meditation. You’ll leave with your own handmade smudge stick and fresh energy from your day of reconnection through finding connection.
